What kind of bug is this?
Is it a good bug or a bad bug? I've been trying to grow some corn organically (hahahahaha, yeah, I know) and if he's a good bug then I won't pick him off. But they seem to be everywhere, yet I see no signs of damage. So far. I will not be surprised to find a worm inside every single little corn kernal when I pick the first ear and pull back the husks. I just have to try anyway and I will probably try again next year too.

Just to answer my own question....
I found out that this bug is a Spittle Bug and they are harmful to plants. They suck plant juices to make some sort of frothy mixture on the leavs in which the lay their eggs. So,I tried to pick them off but most flew away.
Ick. I thought you were going to say it spits on you.
