Woman not to be stereotyped

This is Kate. What a life she has lived. At one time she was a New York model. She also spent time on the front line (Med-Evac) during the Vietnam War as a Marine, where she received injuries from schrapnel and mortar in the chest and foot. Later she worked in a security position for IBM. She loves to cook and let her long, curly hair down and go for country rides on her Harley.

Renee

Renee was our model for this week. She's a busy Mom of two who does a lot of driving around for her teenagers. I listened to music while paining this and became absolutely "lost". What fun!

Today's Plein Air Painting

These are the same flowers as before, but I turned my vision to the left, towards the Guinea Hens. Got another sunburn...!
