Tuesday Night Painting

Such a beautiful model we had last night. Nokomis sat for us again, so this time I concentrated on a portrait.

Pam -Again!

Pam came back last night to model for us a second time. I seem to learn something new on every painting; what I like, what I don't like, a way to try and remember to try differently next time or the same, etc, etc.

Winter afternoon doodle

When it's cold outside and there's no chance of gardening it's fun to play around with the colored pencils. I had a little group of potted tulips that I bought at the grocery store the other day and I have been feasting my eyes on the brilliance of the petals.
